If I could give no stars I would; this store was so highly unprofessional, manipulative, and I'd even go as far as to say decietful. My boyfriend an I visited this location the day before Labor day with a casual intent to pursue the full ring package (engagement ring and wedding bands.) Upon entering its a rapid fire of questions, from the normal "What style?" To the "Okay, your financing is approved. When can you pick it up?" In a blink of an eye.. Extremely aggressive sales tactics for sure. Not only that, the sale my boyfriend got suckered into wasn't what he wanted so he had to go into the store to cancel and that had caused a whirlwind of rude inappropriate behavior towards him, a customer, from these sales people!!! Not to mention the store was to be open Labor Day until 6pm, which we had tried to go to cancel this transaction the store was closed by 3pm already! Was but a very dreadful few days trying to sort this mess out, especially, being something that is to be remembered forever.

My fiance and I purchased my engagement ring here. The sales employee was great, and I didn't feel like he was pushy at all. He really wanted to make sure I loved what I was getting. He was very friendly and made us feel completely comfortable. We will definitely come here in the future for more jewelry purchases!

Made a purchase but didn't like aggresive sales tactics from sales representatives. I'am a young person trying to build credit and when I asked if their credit check was hard or soft inquiry, (while it was well under way) the manger was quick to say soft. Sure of enough it wasn't the case! Being an honest person is better than a manipulative salesperson trying to make quick commission. Just another case of a corporation forming people into snakes!
