I went into the store to look at rings with my boyfriend. Now, I know that I look young, but I am a 23-year old masters student with other college degrees. I work many jobs as well. While I was there, we were treated like lesser because I look young (I could pass for 16). Let’s just say we won’t be buying a ring from here. They definitely made us feel uncomfortable and treated it like a joke. Never again. Sorry Zales.

I took my engagement ring in to have three prongs repaired as well as rhodium plated. About three weeks later they called and said it was ready to be picked up. Upon me picking it up, it had only been rhodium platedand none of the prongs had been repaired. It was sent back out. Three more weeks went passed and they called me to pick it up and the prongs had STILL NOT been repaired. It was sent out AGAIN for repairs. I called their corporate office to see if there was a way to just get my money back or credit to get a ring that’s not in proper repair.... the woman that answered the phone said I would need to return the ring and see if they would give me credit. I explained to her several times that the ring was in Zales possession to be repaired. I asked to speak to the manager and she hung up on me. I called back to have that same person answer the phone and finally put the manager on. The manager told me there would be NO refunds and if I so choose, she would give me $100 IN STORE credit for my almost $1,500 ring. I can’t believe this is the end result for a situation that could have been rectified with proper care and concern. Zales has forever lost a customer and I will be very vocal when it comes to my situation when anyone asks about jewelers and where to go for an engagement ring. I will make sure to tell all of my friends and family to NOT do business with Zales.

I come here to get my ring checked every 6 months. I haven't had any issues. The people are always nice.

Workers are nice, store is clean and has a decent selection. Prices for jewelry are always more than I'd like to pay :)

My biggest regret of our new lives together is shopping here. Fiances ring lost a diamond 2 months after she got it. Still waiting to get it back. No phone customer service for zales they are only interested in new customers not keeping them. (Dial the main number and listen to your options). I feel sick to my stomach my wife to be is now worried diamonds are going to continue to fall out and this beautiful thousands of dollars ring just seems cheap. Even when bringing the ring in we witnessed a yelling match between another customer and staff. Thanks Zales
