I LOVED shopping from Kranich's. They had what I was looking for at such a reasonable price. I wanted real sapphires in my ring and every other store was simulated and much more expensive than what I paid for. Kailey worked with me and she was super nice, helpful, and great to work with. I'm honestly going to shop here in the future. I love my ring and can't wait for it to get here!

I reached out via email with a concept and Kranich's completely blew my expectations out of the water. Kailey and her team took what I described/sent over and gave me something better than I really imagined (at a better price). They were timely in what probably is their busiest time of year, answered any and all questions I had promptly, and were fantastic throughout the entire process. My now-fiance loves her ring more than I think she imagined and that is thanks in large part to Kranich's.

My partner and I bought our rings at Kranich's (Altoona Mall). When I received my ring I was not happy with it. I don't believe it looked like the ring I saw (and originally loved), and that it was not a ring I would pick for myself. In my opinion the diamond was poorly cut and had no depth or definition to the ring I tried on and loved in the store. I reached out to the State College Kranich's (since I live in State College) and Kailey Kunes was helpful from beginning to end. I was not the most easiest customer to deal with (because I was frustrated) but Kailey was calm, kind, understanding, and professional. She was fair and did her due diligence to make sure she spoke to the Altoona store and me, providing what I felt was a professional medium. Yesterday I met with Kailey and she was so helpful. At one point, I couldn't believe I purchased with Kranich's, and now I am glad I did. Kailey should be considered for promotion. She is professional in a manner that I believe is hard to find. Buying a ring, especially one that is too last a lifetime, is so important and I am glad she understood that and values it. I will recommend Kranich's to others moving forward and felt touched that she understood a situation that could have ended sadly. Thank you so much Kailey :) Also, thank you to Kailey's manager as she mentioned that the manager was supportive of rectifying this situation. Thank you too you both for listening to your customers and assessing what is fair and reasonable.

Worked with Christina to pick out a non-traditional engagement ring. She was so helpful with options and was very patient while I made my important decision. She even showed us options for wedding bands for when we are ready for them so I could get an idea of what would match before I committed to a ring. I'm so happy with my ring and I look forward to returning for the wedding band!

Brian Crist was outstanding to work with! He helped guide my fiancé throughout the engagement ring process, made the process much less stressful for him and worked with him within the budget, never pressing to go beyond it! He provided a ton of education to my fiancé to help pick out his wedding band and what material was best for him. Brian also went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my wedding band was a perfect fit for my unique engagement ring! We will forever be customers of Kranichs because of Brian!
