The owner, Bill, and his staff made our experience flawless! We were so impressed with the amount of time they spent to educate us on the different cuts of diamonds and the quality grading and we never felt pressured. We absolutely LOVE our engagement ring and wedding bands - the quality is stunning!! The Unforgettable employees have gone above and beyond for us and we will continue to return to them to buy additional beautiful jewelry items.

I went in to have a ring sized and a stone replaced and was expecting it to take a week. I dropped it off and it was ready in three days! The price was great and the customer service was outstanding.

I just purchased a ring from there and couldn't be happier. It was easy, very well priced, high quality ring. If your looking for someone who will listen to what you need and then educate you in the different options so that you can make a decision to best fit you, without trying to up sell you then this is the place. I have shopped here in several occasions and will be going back. Check it out and ask for Bill he is the best!

Excellent service and quality for engagement ring and wedding bands. Bill was very helpful during the process of selecting an engagement ring and our wedding bands. He made sure our experience was easy and at the highest standards. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very friendly. They didn't try to upsell us, they listened to our needs and helped pick the ideal piece. Friendly and honest.
