My experience at Rice Village Diamonds was amazing! I had my engagement ring custom designed from 3 separate images I had in mind. Gil was awesome from the start and took his time to educate us on our decisions and allowed us time to finalize the design. The process took us a bit longer than expected (3 months), but I realize this was during 2 major holidays and I wanted EVERY aspect of my ring to be perfect. Gil never appeared offended when I wanted to change the CAD image to fit my personal tastes. He was always very prompt when responding to emails and was straight to the point when answering questions. I would have preferred to have their service plan in writing to ease my worries, however, after working closely with them for the past 3 months, their assurances and their level of professionalism help alleviate my concerns. Fantastic job Rice Village Diamonds! You have a customer for life!

Can not say enough good things about this store! I looked everywhere for the perfect ring and couldn't find what I wanted in my budget. When I was in the store looking, Gil asked exactly what I wanted and told him. Unlike the other stores who didn't want to listen to what I wanted he did. He found me the perfect ring in my price range. I HIGHLY recommended this store and Gil!! I went in a few weeks later to look at my ring and greeted me by name when I walked in! I also had my wedding bands custom made and they're PERFECT! I got my bands sooner than expected and they match my ring beautifully! If you're looking for your perfect ring look here and ask for Gil!!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I worked with Gill who listened intently to what I was looking for and was able to show create precisely the piece I was looking for. I've already bought an engagement ring from him and will be going back for both wedding bands. I look forward to purchasing all my future diamonds jewelry here. I strongly recommend coming in and talking to Gill - it's so nice to receive this level of customer service backed by clearly extensive knowledge of diamonds and the diamond industry. And the prices are extremely competitive. I've always felt Gill's prices are more than fair and I'm always happy with the numbers I get.

The staff at Rice Village Diamonds was extremely friendly and helpful. They quickly pointed us to the styles we were looking for. The selection of engagement rings was amazing. Gil was so helpful and did a great job working with our moderate budget. He helped us maximize our budget and get an amazing diamond and perfect setting for a solid price! I can't say enough good things about Gil and the staff!

Gil and his team did an amazing job helping me create my custom made engagement ring. He really got to know me and he went to the ends of the earth to find me the perfect pink sapphire. I thought it would be way out of our price range, but he made it happen. If you want to get a great deal and be treated like family every time you walk through the door, give them a try, you won't regret it!!!
