Thanks to Debbie for her help. I was afraid to go there because of the reviews I read before... but I mean, service is really good and she helped me to choose the best for my wife! #Pandora

Geesh wish I would have read the reviews before going to this Pandora! Lazy!!! The sales person Debbie blatantly lied about cleaning my jewelry. We asked that the charms be taken off to be cleaned as thats the way its suggested for cleaning. She took a picture and counted the charms. We came back an hour later the bracelet was not at all shiny like it usually is when we get it clean. She suggested we rub it with a clothe for thorough cleaning, dumbfounded we looked at each other because this was out "thorough" method for cleaning. We asked did she take them apart she stated that this Pandora does not do this. Again dumbfounded we looked at each other as we have been there a few time and all Pandoras we visit take charms off to clean the bracelet. Caught her in lie after lie , just lazy , no integrity, and poor service.

update: they STILL have rude sales people. I came to buy earrings for my sisters birthday, when I purchased them i asked to see some rings to see if maybe I can find a nice ring that's not too expensive since she's 10. It seemed like I asked for the BIGGEST FAVOR ever.. she just gave me a catolog to flip through (if I wanted to see pictures I could've just looked through online) I came back with my mom and they gave me the dirtiest look ever as I entered again. She came over and I told her I brought my sister so we can see what size she is and she asked, "what size ring does she wear" at this point I snapped, and said "she doesn't know her size that's why I brought her" she was all shocked and just gave me her attitude saying some "I didn't know" bro I just said I brought her cuz I didn't know her ring size. So I just told my mom "let's just go to James Avery." And we left lol When you go to a jewelry store you want to be greeted and get the help you need. I don't expect you to kiss my ass, but be courteous damn. I didn't buy the most expensive thing but it's still a sale.

Rude people! Disgusting store! Beware of non-authorized charges to your card. They will claim they have no knowledge. I made a return, and they charged me at the same time. Now they have the audacity to claim they don’t know anything about that. Fraudulent store.
