After reading the reviews here, I was pretty cautious. I really loved a ring I saw online, and decided to give the store a try. My experience was night and day with what others described. It may have helped because I went into the store asking for a specific item. Ali was the one who helped me, and showed me exactly what I asked for. I never felt pressured to buy and he was very helpful when we wanted to look at bands. We ended up buying 1 engagement ring and 2 bands, leaving 2 of them to be re-sized. I went back into the store a few hours later to take a picture of my ring, since I forgot to earlier, and the other associates helped me with no issue. They were very kind to me and even offered to polish the ring I was wearing that day while I waited. All in all my experience was very positive today. I will update if there are any issues after I pick-up my rings.

My Fiance and I went shopping for wedding bands on Tuesday. The first lady I loved. I had no idea what I was looking for or what I wanted. After 30 minutes of trying on rings we narrowed it down to buying three separate bands, all different but beautiful to me when they were put together. All I wanted to add was a simple band with 0 diamonds. She took me to another showcase and introduced me to a gentleman named Ali. I'm not sure why she handed us off to him but he's the reason I will never spend my money with this company. Repeatedly, I asked to see the simple band and he kept showing me rings with diamonds. After a while I got frustrated and lost my cool. I told him he didn't get it and I couldn't understand how he wasn't hearing me. I DON'T WANT DIAMONDS! The simple band was going to be the last ring, the last piece of what I wanted to wear. I have been literally asking for a simple band to add to the bridal set. He cocked and attitude with me and told me "I WOULDN'T UNDERSTAND, the diamonds would hide the wear and tear of wearing the rings daily. If I got a simple band it would look disgusting and that I would just get use to wearing diamonds". I have never had a sales representative treat me the way he did. After he said that, I just smiled and walked to my fiance and told him we were leaving. Obviously he didn't care about my needs or my desires.

The reviews on here our very accurate. All sales associates where very pushy and kept passing us around to other sales associates insisting on us buying a ring after we told them we where just looking around! We felt so overwhelmed with them going on and on about the owner of the store and Walmart and how he is known for all kinds of things that didn’t even make sense to us! We where so annoyed I finally said I’m sorry but I need to go thank you! And we walked out! I would definitely not return.

Had the absolutely worst experience. Went there, told them we were trying to determine the style we wanted. They were very pushy. The lady was so condescending and belittling. They seperated me and my boyfriend to try to pressure him into a ring that was out of our price range. They were desperate for a sale. We told them we had a time sensitive lunch meeting to get to and they kept trying to corner us. It was very unprofessional. Very unprofessional and we will not be doing business with them. If you go in be prepared to be pushed around and for schemes.

Janie & Catherine were amazing at helping me and my wife find our wedding bands. I felt ZERO pressure to buy and they made me feel at home. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. I will continue to buy from them and Helzberg Diamonds.
