I will definitely recommend Shaw's Jewelry to anybody who is looking to make a purchase for themselves, or for their loved ones. I'm an avid AM talk listener, and I hear the live endorsement ads nearly daily. So when the time came to make that special purchase for my long time girlfriend (soon to be fiance!), naturally we chose to go check out Shaw's. While there, we were helped by Gabriel Abbott. I can't say enough how helpful Gabriel was. Naturally, when looking to spend money, we tend to get on edge and feel awkward and/or unsure about our purchasing decisions. Gabriel eased that tension immediately. He was very polite, nice, considerate, and probably most important, personable. Gabriel helped guide us in our buying decision without the typical salesmen push. In the end, we spent less money than I was prepared to spend while at the same time, actually purchasing the rings that made us happy; that felt like us. I will definitely return to Shaw's for future jewelry needs. Thank you Shaw's!

I’ve been using SHAW’S Jewelry for many years and have never been disappointed. Kenny is fantastic and is my “go-to” salesman. He works very hard to make sure I am happy with my jewelry selections and/or repairs. Even though I usually use Kenny, I’ve been happy with any of the employees who have helped me through the years. They are all very service oriented. I’ve given SHAW’S a 5 star rating because I’ve always been pleased with the service and value I receive. I would recommend SHAW’S to anyone.

Shaw’s Jewelry is a true hidden “Gem” in the heartbeat of Houston. Just minutes from downtown, you will receive personalized service from the knowledgeable associates at Shaw’s. My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of working with Debra Reid to create a custom engagement ring. She walked us through the entire process, and we are overjoyed with the beautiful piece we were able to create. With her guidance the ring is a masterpiece that expresses the meaning of our unique love. The jewelers had it ready in 4 days and the price was well within budget. We highly recommend shopping at Shaw’s.

I'm not a guy that buys a lot of jewelry but when the opportunity arises, I come directly to Shaw's Jewelry. They have a wide variety of whatever you may be searching for. We found our wedding rings here when we couldn't find them elsewhere. The staff is very courteous and professional. We never felt rushed or disregarded. If by chance they may not have what you are looking for, they will look for it too. We will always recommend Shaw's Jewelry to our family and friends.
