Was greeted by Ator as soon as I walked in the store. Ator spent a lot of time with me helping me choose some nice pieces of jewellery. Very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Her co-worker Serena was also very friendly. You could see they work well together. Well done ladies!

I've shopped at Swarovski all over the world and this location has the worst customer service. I've been in the store twice this year and both times received no service let alone "bad" service. I was in the store later afternoon on a Friday. Two associates were working. One was assisting a customer, the second was not. Neither associate greeted me. I spent 15 mins in the store browsing with no offer to assist or show me pieces. I left the store to shop elsewhere and will not be back.

Only giving a one because I have to. Very bad experience with the store at White Oaks. I paid cash for a bracelet, changed my mind within two hours, returned for a refund, and told no refunds, only exchange. I'll shop online from now on, so that if I change my mind, I can return the jewelry for a refund. Never returning there.
