Expect a long turn around time for your ring, that's the honest truth and be very diligent and follow up many times to make sure they are actually working on getting your order done.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. So disappointed right now. We went into the store on August 30 to purchase our wedding bands and were told a two week turn around for my husbands band. 8 weeks later (not to mention past our wedding date) and I had to call to find out his band was there and was sitting there for a while and also was told mine had come in as well. We go to the store to pick up the bands and they couldn't find either of our bands at first. They finally find his band and then didnt even know if mine had been sized. The manager asked me if they had sent my band to be sized. Like as if I worked there and should have known. She pulls out my band and obviously knew it wasnt the right size but acted like she didnt know and proceeded to pretend to think it would fit (she could obviously tell I was upset and thus why she was acting that way). The ring didnt even make it past my knuckle which was also embarrassing for me since I know I have big fingers and there were other people around. I was very upset and she offered to put it through as a rush since it had already been 8 weeks waiting so far and when I asked how long the rush would take I was told a week. Well guess what a week has gone by and STILL no ring. I had a bad feeling about paying for the ring upfront before I had gotten anything and was assured it would be here with the rush. I called the store tonight to check and see If it had came in because they didn't call me last time and was rudely greeted by Heidi who answered the phone and laughed when I said I wanted to check on my special order. She took my phone number and said she would call me back. Over an hour later and no call back. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and I am also filing a complaint with head office.

We went into this location and my husband and I stood there for 20 min and revived no service, not even a hello. There was only one other person in the store and two employees. We were clearly not all together. One woman was helping the man and the other older woman was just standing there ignoring us. Then someone else walked in and she went straight to help her. I’ve never had such bad service in my life. Every other jewelry store we went into today greeted us before we were even in the door. The ring I wanted was in the store and I will be finding it elsewhere because there is no way I’m supporting a business that’s employees treat you that terribly.

Very pushy to buy. My boyfriend and I went in to look at engagement rings and the women was insistent that we buy it that night. Big turn off.

I've been going here to get my necklaces, the staff is okay, some of the employees can be condescending and a little unprofessional but I like the prices and they have decent sales.
