Great products loved what I bought but I am rating the store a one star for the poor customer service.

Great place to shop, seems to be very upscale and popular as it has been a staple of this Downtown London Plaza for literally years ... at least the last five! ... You can buy shells, wind chimes, musical instruments, ... like maroccas and other instruments that have different types of materials inside to give the same shaped instrument a different sound altogether. The musical instruments like almost all other items available for purchase from this wonderful store and the woman who do work behind the counters. They are very friendly and package each item ones does buy up nicely in brown wrapping paper as to not damage any of your other items purchased. It really is a one-of-a-kind-store .. and recommended to at least stop in and browse, even if just for two to five minutes. This amount of time will give tbe shopper a complete and total feel for tee prices, staff friendliness, as well as whats on tap for inventory. Keep an open mind though as most items, if nit all items for purchase are hand made - crafted by someones hands that maybe local, although more-or-less your item may have been made with sincevreal love by a member of a tribal, community, or family group of individuals who are tied into contracts to supply Sea Jewels Tading Company, as there are more then one of these shops in Southwestern Ontario. If you did find my review/information helpful, please 'smash' that thumbs up button! ... Thank-you.
