This review is written in the perspective of a watch enthusiast. I've visited this store many times over the past few months and have found that they carry quite a selection of interesting watch brands. Most of which are not easily found elsewhere like Frederique Constant, Alpina, Mido and Oris. They even have quite a few Seikos. I've found some watches here that have been sold out elsewhere. Sales will more or less be final when you purchase here which is fair since it's not a giant store. I did buy a watch here and didn't get a full set of box and papers that come with the watch. I unfortunately didn't notice at the time but it will affect the value of my watch if I had to sell it. That said, I would not hesitate to buy another watch here, which I have done a few times. The staff here are patient and pleasant and I was told that they will be trying to get a replacement outer box for the watch I bought a few months ago. While I want to rate Cupido 5 stars, I cannot whole heartedly do so just yet. However, I do recommend Cupido to any watch enthusiast interested in the brands I mentioned above or just watches in general. UPDATE: Cupido followed through and got me the box and papers I was missing. Excellent (post sale) customer care!

Just purchased my Frederique Constant watch at this store, the sales girl Feridha M and her manager was very helpful. They offered me a very good price, and also helped me registered the product online, later of the day, she also helped me punched a hole on the leather belt. Very happy with the service here.

Recently purchased two watches at the Bayview Village location (one of which is a limited edition) and they were able to special order them into the store within 48 hrs. They also provided a very good quote. Tamara and Feridha were both very helpful and responsive.

This was my first time dealing with Cupido. Right from the very start I could tell it will not be my last. I had a specific item I wanted, Elizabeth and Tamara hunted it down for me, dealt with all the logistics and even shipped it to me, saving me a 2.5hr drive. Everything happened as they said it would and always informed me of the progress. 5/5 perfect customer Service. Thanks!
