They hear what you have to say, what you need, and then they will make you an offer. You can sell it, or pawn it/ get it back. Which ever way you like, but tell them. It costs you nothing for their advise, and you dont have to do it. But there prices are quite good, and their charges are better than others too. Also I like that i dont have to travel far. Bonus !
