Amazing service and value. I brought in a vintage gold bangle to have the safety chain fixed, which they did a wonderful job fixing. When I picked it up, the owner said he noticed that the clasp was not closing properly which was probably why the safety chain kept breaking. He fixed the clasp on the spot for no extra charge and the bracelet is like new. I highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was very happy the service provided! My engagement ring was broken, and Claude fixed it beautifully. No traces of where the ring had split, and it was back to the right shape. Thank you so much! I had a look around in the shop - very pretty jewelry all designed and made within the store. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I was looking to add more holes to a watch band that fit on me loosely and so happy I stumbled into this place! The owner was very helpful, knowledgeable and the work was superb! Would highly recommend for all your jewelry needs. Great selection of beads and stones too!

I brought in 3 necklaces to be shortened and was very pleasantly surprised that they were able to do some of the work while I waited. I returned the following week with three more pieces. I’ve had similar work done in the past at “chain” jewelry stores, and it’s taken much longer and cost considerably more. At The Beadery I couldn't have asked for friendlier service or better value. If I find anything else that can use a bit of attention or care, I'll definitely be back and would happily recommend Anastasia and her colleagues to anyone in need of jewelry repairs.

Unmatched service and quality and they are always able to make you feel welcome! I brought through a handful of watches about 2 months after inquiring about them for some battery services. They still remembered me and serviced them all in a couple days! Some incredible jewellery on display aswell, looking forward to coming back!
