I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Guo Jewelry and I was a great experience. It was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the stuff. They were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, helping me find exactly what I was looking for and explaining me about the products .

I took a watch there to fix a loose part on the display. The service was perfectly professional: no excessive adhesive, fair amount of explanation and upfront transparency on cost upfront. What impressed me though was that when I returned a few weeks later for built up fog inside the case, he accepted it with a warm and welcoming attitude and not charging any extra, even though that it was not his fault ( I was caught up in a heavy rain, and the watch is an old gift from a loved one, with several parts being replaced with non-original parts). This was all the same when I brought it back 2 days later to extract the remains moist. All in all, a very good experience and service!

I recently visited Guo Jewellery to have my watch fixed and had the pleasure of being served by Adam. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Adam's professionalism was evident immediately. He greeted me warmly and was very courteous throughout our interaction. His extensive knowledge about watches and his clear, detailed communication made me feel confident that my watch was in good hands. What truly stood out was Adam's friendly and customer-oriented approach. He took the time to explain the repair process, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured I understood every detail. His meticulous attention to detail and perfectionism were clearly reflected in the quality of his work. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the fairness of the price. Adam provided excellent service at a very reasonable cost, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, my experience at Guo Jewellery was fantastic, thanks to Adam's exemplary service. I highly recommend Guo Jewellery to anyone in need of watch repairs or any jewellery services.
