Similar experience as Matt. Huge rip offs. Quoted me one price for buying lots of jewelry from me. After going back and forth and the lady there causing confusion. Made me sign a blank receipt from a book. I didn’t realize what I did. After the lady there gave us about $2000 less than what we originally discussed. From behind the glass she showed me the receipt I signed after she wrote in the number $2000 less. Go somewhere else.

Brought in 1 necklace and 1 bracelet , both silver totaling 29.5 grams , wanted a necklace that was 36 grams and was told he would take the tax of for me?? Lol in other words he wanted to give me 25 bucks for my 29.5 grams then charge me 144 for 36 grams, turn around and prolly make another 100 off of mine, essentially doubling his profits, furthermore the melt there own jewelry!! So if ou want jewels made from a reputable dealer oh I dunno somewhere in ITALY perhaps,, this is not the place for U! Won't ever go back that's for sure

The customer service is excellent and the environment is safe. you cannot wear a hat or glasses to pawn stuff which is a little weird but the education and level of professionalism is second to none. The cost of borrowing is waaaay more expensive than Scarborough Jewelry at 24-695 Markham road, but the experiece is much better.
