I would not even give them one star if possible. Very rude staff. I ask them to look at nose rings, the response i get is we dont show nose rings when we are busy. Thats terrible customer service. I have been to Dubai, UAE and the jewellers there welcome you with open hearts. The name is very misleading, and not a dubai experience at all. Seems this business is not interested in revenues from new customers. If i was going to spend $50 or $5000 the customer experience should be pleasant. Worse worse worse....

Went to the store with my wife and my mother in law. The service was great, the two brothers who owns the place was there to help out and cater to our needs. I will gladly go there again and make another purchase. Sadii & Milad
