Incredible Jeweller, I was hesitant after the only other review on google was negative. After asking the jeweller he explained the situation to me; the other customer was just a classic crazy case. I got a fantastic deal and he was extremely knowledgeable. He is retiring after 43 years in the industry and everything is on sale for up to 80% off. Recommend to talk to Edmond.

HORRIBLE jeweller. I dealt with Edmond Bakos from Mona Clara jewellery and was having a custom engagement ring made. I was extremely dissapointed with the quality of work as well as the service provided. He was not very knowledgable on diamonds or metals. The final product I recieved was nothing short of horrible as he was unable to work with platinum. After a quick appraisal of the ring from an independant appraiser, it was determined that the ring was very roughly finished and the bezels holding the diamonds were horribly done and covered them too much. The whole experience dealing with him was very unprofessional but I had to go through with it because I left him a deposit. Even after showing the appraisal to him, he refused to fix his mistakes or give me a refund. He even tried to decieve me into buying inferior quality diamonds but luckily, I did my reasearch on stones. DO NOT go to this jeweller as it will end up costing you more and you will be extremely dissapointed. I had to have another ring made through a reputable jeweller and literally had to sell the metal from the ring he made because it was so horribly done. Nobody wanted to buy the ring because it was of such bad quality so I had to sell the metal for the value at the time. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
