Very annoyed and bad service

I got my stud earrings from Pascoes 6 months ago, and the butterfly push broke while I was wearing it. I came to their shop in New Market asking for a warranty and they told me it broke because I slept with my stud earrings on. What did I do during my sleep to break the butterfly push? They should state in their description that "you can not wear our product while you are sleeping". Furthermore, they said that I should have purchased my earrings in person rather than online (therefore, what is the point of selling your things online, Pascoes?). I wasted my time solving the problem with their staff, and the only way they could offer me was trying to sell me a new "made in New Zealand" butterfly that cost 22$. I learned my lesson; there is no warranty on Pascoes products (mainly jewellery). I love some of your jewellery styles, but not the low qualities of your customer service. I would never buy any things from Pascoes from now on. Thank you for the lesson today.

Quick service, got what I needed. Had to buy another link for my new watch to fit, the link arrived within 2 days, super fast service.

Always like browsing and, of course, buying that something special .. Although they have a good compliment of staff, it is a busy store so be prepared to wait for a bit or pick a quieter time.

The customer service is very bad.Today I have come to the store with a friend and the salesperson was very arrogant.I told him the name of the brand I was looking for and he was like we don’t keep such bad brands in this store.I showed him that your online store shows that brand watches. So I asked him that I was looking to buy a male watch. But still he was not so interested to show us the watches and simply pointed at the watches. After that , I saw him talking with other customer that looked similar to his ethnicity and he was behaving very politely and speaking gently with them. I guess New Zealand is a multicultural country and the people especially working as salesperson need to understand that you will see people of different ethnicities at your store. So please learn to behave equally with everyone.
