I’ve been a customer for years. I’ve purchased all my rubies from here for the whole family. Prices are excellent, very affordable and the quality is superior to everything else I have seen on Harwin. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Large selection of baby bracelets too in 22K gold. Everything in the store is absolutely beautiful. I’ll be returning for many years to come. I highly recommend this jewelry store.

Over pricy & the owner is not friendly. I was a customer from long time & they refused to negotiate even a penny after many visits. Seems like they don't want my business anymore. If you want a quality product & also want to save money & time, go to different jewelry store. I won't recommend this to anyone & don't want to go there anymore. Their receipt is no name & only cash transaction

Absolutely disgusting. They are frauds. We got a 22k gold small nose stud and my sister wore it for legit only 1 day. While at work the next morning, the nose stud literally fell out of her nose and onto her desk. She looked at it and realized that it had broke from the middle. She went to the jewelers and told them about it, and the snobby woman working there was so rude to her as if it was her fault that it had broke. She knew she was at fault for giving defective goods so she snapped at my sister to pick out a nose stud in the same price range because she was not getting a refund. NEVER GO HERE EVEN IF ITS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH FOR DESI GOLD JEWELRY.
