I read the review before I came to the store and I was like "hmm the reviews are bad, should I still go? But I'm just gonna do a little service on my watch so it should be fine". So I walked in and someone greeted me and asked what he could offer. I gave him my watch and started to walk around the store. Dressed up like a straight college kid, with a messy half-bun, and a sandal. Oh also, I wasn't wearing my Rolex watch when I walked in, it was kept in my bag. While I was looking at watches, there's another sales person asked me if he could offer anything, and I told him I was already been helped. So if the previous reviews were true, i guess they've changed. Cuz i dressed crappy (obviously I'm a college kid) and I'm asian (prev review said about ethnicity) and I still got a good service from this location.

I came there the other day and wanted some service on my Rolex. Eva, who was the person helping us was so rude. It's like she was talking down at us. She have the audacity to even tell us that she couldn't quite see all the serial numbers that this watch of mine could be stolen. She gave no eye contact throughout our conversation and was just so cold and rude. I will contact the BBB and let them know what kind of business place this is.. These businesses are happy to sell you a watch but when you need any kind of service be careful. They charge a 150 dollars to send the watch out for delivery to a Rolex place somewhere in Dallas. I called Ben Bridges, an authorized Rolex store, and they only charge 100 dollars. Also, Ken, who works at the Memorial location, who I've dealt with over the years told me to just bring it in and maybe if we just send it to corporation their would be no charge for delivery. People don't bring your watch here, when you can take it somewhere else and not pay for delivery somewhere else and be treated like a human being. From my experience, I really think that the sales people here judge people on how they are dressed and by their ethnicity. It's a shame that these kind of stores and businesses do that to people in this day and time.

Walked in with my wife and immediately started getting stares (both of us were wearing Rolex time pieces and were dressed casual). No one asked us anything or even looked as if they wanted to talk to us. I asked one of the employees if they would be able to clean my watch. He advised it would take two hours. I generally to steam a watch it would take a matter of minutes. He then said it would be an hour because they had to take it somewhere else to have it done. He made it very clear he didn't want us there. The crowd of employees standing around him didn't say a word and just stood there. I asked for his card and left. His name is Ty Brown. No wonder there wasn't a person in their store. Would never go back there as there are a half of dozen other authorized dealers in the Houston area. Bye Felicia.
