Closed 45 minutes early to get change for the registers? Sounds like a preparation problem. You can't tell me that many people use cash these days to where you run out of change and have to close early. Especially when most of the banks close at 6 anyway? Sounds fishy... At least have someone here to take cards only! Come on people! Not cool! Could have at least come back before actual lose time to see if anyone was waiting (which I was). That's bad business guys! Update: I ended up tweeting the company a message and a district manager called me a couple of days later. They offered us a couple of free gallons of paint, which we thought was great. They are looking into the cause. I thank them for making up for it! We will be back.

Ive been a painter for over 11 yrs now here locally in the denver metro area. And i have never been so aggravated with a sherwin associate ever until today. Understaffed, and not trained enough to operate alone. I literally had to walk out on the single associate running the whole show. That may be the very last time i ever visit that location.
