I am so excited that the Little Black Chair is back on this end of town! I love the new location, great space and it feels like a treat to go there. I am also stoked about the other (woman owned) business in that space, the Little Black Barn. What,a great combination and so cute! Well done, Ladies.

I was surprised to see the less-than-favorable Yelp reviews. But I guess most savvy consumers know by now that Yelp is full of non-authentic reviews (written by competitors who want to harm their obviously superior rivals or the people employed by these competitors). The Little Black Chair is an amazing place. I have taken 2 of their classes (beginner class and advanced class for glazing). And I have done many projects in my home as well as my office using their products (Annie Sloan, Paint Couture). All of the staff and the 2 owners have been incredibly helpful with my numerous and tedious questions. If there is ever a question about something I want to try....they just pull out some paint, mix up what I want, and paint it on a piece of bare wood. Then they will patiently wait for the paint to dry and apply wax or glaze so I can see if my idea looks the way I want it to look. The end result is that I have done 20 or so projects and they have all turned out to look amazing. Professional quality. And I had fun in the process. Now, I am ready to tackle my kitchen cabinets. In the past, I had gotten a quote from a professional for upwards of $8,000. I will be able to make them look like they were professionally done with only the cost of materials (and my time!). But I could not have done all of this without the help of The Little Black Chair. They are amazing. I promise they will take care of you. They are very good at what they do...and they care about you and the success of your projects!
