When I called for an appointment they were very professional. They called 30 min before showing up. The owner came to our house to look at what we need painted and told us he would give us a quote before he left. We flooded in Harvey and need the whole inside of our home painted. He looked and said he would get back to us the next day with a quote. We waited and never heard from him. We waited another week with no quote. We did receive a follow up email asking if we liked their service. Of course we said no. If your going to show up and do a quote but the job is too big for you or too hard for your company please have the professional courtesy to say that. Not to just leave people hanging!

Good experience. I had them paint the entire exterior of my home and garage. Took 2 days and think they did a good job. Price was within $50 of the other 2 quotes from local competitors.

I had them paint most of my home and even do a custom wall in our nursery. They did a fantastic job, better than I could have imagined. The customer service was excellent, the painters were efficient and did a great job cleaning up after each day and at the end of the job. I highly recommend them and would and will hire them again if we decide to paint any more of our home. We got several quotes, but CertaPro gave us the best quote and was the only person we talked to willing to do our custom (herring bone/arrow pattern) wall.

Very unfriendly customer service! Their representative was with the attitude that they cannot listen to what a client's need for their project! Poor service! owner may be nice but it was a horrible front desk person!
