Perfection did such a perfect job. Staff was awesome with the front office and to the person that came out. We got Chance and he was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The company even sends you an email of who to expect with their picture, so you are sure to be dealing with the right personnel. These are the people who you should get for your plumbing needs. Also, they were recommended by another great company... The Furnace Guys. Thank you.

It was a pleasure dealing with Perfection and with Tom. My issue was dealt with right away. They offered me an appointment the same day that I called to book it. I was texted when the technician was on his way and given a quote for how much it would cost before the work began. I also love that they have gone paperless and payment was completed right at my house as soon as the job was done. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again.

Perfection Plumbing was able to have Liam come to fix our upstairs toilet on the same day I called. He arrived within the given time frame and had it up and running in no time. He was very pleasant and professional! We have ALWAYS received great service from Perfection and the plumbers that come are all great.

I live in an older area of town, in an older home. Our plumbing has required a lot of help over the years. I have had fantastic experiences each and every single time with the two technicians that have come out to our home family home. Tryf and Tom have done an exceptional job of being quick, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful (I am disabled). I have to admit that is not the case with most service repair technicians that we have had for various reasons over the years. Tryf and Tom both stand out to me because of taking such great care as they go about their work when in our home. I am exceptionally grateful to both of them for their response time, their solid work ethics and their ease in communicating with me. You both ROCK!! :) Also, Perfection's office staff is just fantastic as well. They have fabulous sunny personalities and that allows me to feel relaxed and comfortable, being taken care of in their good hands!! :) I appreciate so much all Perfection has done for us and me specifically over the years. I will never use another company but theirs! :) ~~Dayna~~
