Not very professional

Moved to Parksville in December and found some major issues with poor drainage in our backyard and the perimeter drains. Called roto rotor to see if they could help out. They sent Shaun out to consult with us on what our options were. He quoted somewhere in the 9 thousand dollar range to fix. First he informed me that he needed to check with the city to confirm we were hooked up to the storm drain and he would get back to me with a written quote. Just after Christmas we called roto rotor again to inspect our perimeter drains as lots of water was accumulating where it shouldn’t have been. The gentleman who came out was very nice and told us we needed to fix the perimeter drain on one side of the house. I told him that we were waiting on Shaun to give us a quote and he told us he would update Shaun on the issues. It is now the middle of February and we have not heard back from Shaun and the backyard issues have been rectified without the help of roto rotor. 15 k lost. Unprofessional.

We have sewer issue and our realtor refer this company to us. When they came to our house, I was not at home and my wife did not either speak much English nor knew the details of the problem. The guy who works for the company, Rick checked and said it looked like a pretty simple case and if it took only a few minutes to fix it, he would just help without any charge. That is what he did. Thank you! We are very impressed with this and we are going to become their clients for sure.

Great company. They definitely put customers first and their fees aren't as steep as you would expect for the simpler root cut/plugged toilet, even a camera inspection of perimeter starts at $165. Senior discount as well.

I couldn't have asked for better service. It was prompt, courteous and very professional. Everything was explained very clearly for a septic system challenged person which was appreciated. Thank you Roto-Rooter you made my day.

Main drain to septic blocked between last branch inlet and septic tank (after hours of course), phoned first thing in the morning, set up appointment for 12 noon. Caleb was at the door at 12 noon! Because of the pipe configuration I knew it wasn't going to be a slam dunk easy job. Caleb knew his job and was very capable. In less than an hour water was flowing and he was packing up his gear. Very professional! Considering we are 1/2 hour from their office (1 hr. round trip) the service charge of $165 plus a couple of parts I purchased + tax the bill was incredibly fair. Paul did a follow up call the next day and I am having them come to replace my distribution box and pump the tank. Highly reccomended.

Called with a drain problem, spoke to Natasha. Within what seemed like ten minutes Wendy called me back to say a plumber would come by in twenty minutes or so. They explained the pricing and charges. When Mat arrived he was pleasant and knowledgeable. He went right to work, answering my questions and explaining things about my system as he worked. Got the job done and was gone within the hour. All around a very good experience. Would recomend them if you have a drain problem.
