Honest, fair, competent, reliable, professional, and friendly are the best words that I would use to describe the services my family has received from All Time Heating Plumbing & Air Conditioning Ltd.. For the past two years I have used their services in 3 separate occasions. In total, they installed 2 Lennox furnaces and 1 Bradford White hot water tanks for my two properties. Mind you, my experiences have been very positive. Am I happy? Yes, absolutely. Would I recommend their service to anyone who value good services? You bet! This past Summer when my old water tank began leaking from bottom in my house in Surrey. I was panic. So, I called All Time Heating which is a licensed gas contract for help. Within an hour or so, Steve, a government-certified professional gas fitter, showed up at my door. He checked the problem carefully, and confirmed that the leaky tank was not repairable. Steve gave me a quote for replacing it. I found his quote to be reasonable. As a result, he got the job done for us quickly and professionally on the same day. While Steve was still on site, I asked him to do me a favour which he agreed cheerfully. I wanted him to inspect my old furnace which had probably reached a time for replacement. He gave a free comprehensive evaluation on the old furnace. And we all agreed that it was about time of replacing it with a new model in order to save both gas and electricity. Most importantly, to make it save for us. So, a quote was presented and accepted. The following day, we go a new Lennox furnace installed by All Time Heating. The workmanship was stylish and flawless. Our experience with this company was nothing but positive. Ever since, our gas bill has been lower than ever before. What do I say? Last week, my rental house ran into a no heat situation because an old furnace was broken down to a point which was beyond repair. Guess what? I called All Time Heating again for help. Within a matter of a few hours, a Lennox high efficiency furnace was installed at an excellent price within our budget. While working on site. Their technician solved a problem for an improperly sloped vent pipe for water tank which was previously installed by another company. All Time Heating corrected the problem with new parts free of charge. They did it for us cheerfully. I thought that the best way of recognizing a company's outstanding service is to recommend it to a friend. As a result, I have already referred a family friend to All Time Heating. My friend confirmed that All Time Heating had professionally installed 2 new Lennox furnaces and 2 new Brandford White water tanks for her residence and a rental house in Surrey. She was more than satisfied with the service they had received. To conclude, it was a pleasure to do business with All Time Heating, and it's an equal pleasure to write this review. I found that technicians of All Time Heating are honest, dependable, well trained, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, They have a great sense of responsibility. They took the work to their heart. They did a marvelous job for us every time. Their integrity, reliability, competency, work ethic, and professionalism largely exceeded my expectations.
