Rude rude office manager. I am disgusted by the disrespect and arrogance the management of this company has. The working staff has always done good work and is respectful. The same can not be said for management of this company. Social media does reach everyone!!

I've dealt with Nickel Plumbing for years, and in my experience they only do quality work! Their service techs are very knowledgeable, and they do their best to get the work done in a timely manner, offering the BEST solution for their clients! I would highly recommend them for their commercial service!

The most rude people I have had the experience of dealing with in the service industry. Nickel's representative told me over the phone that someone would be out right away (that was 11 am). Waited all day for someone to show up and nobody did. I never heard back from them until the next day at 1 pm (I had left 3 messages by this point). "Oh, some other affiliate company had sent me an email (not Nickel) telling me they weren't coming until Tuesday" were the exact words ornery women in the phone. "An email" I said, "not even from you guys, but another company", I told her the proper thing would have been to give me a quick call out of courtesy to let me know that no one would be coming out today and the Neanderthal wouldn't even admit that. Never calling Nickel again and to quote advice from a previous review "AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE" for anyone who reads this.
