Came out quickly and installed shower head for $425 and had to cut through drywall. Even after much questioning the technician did not indicate that he did not repair the dry wall. Yet he cut into it and then said another company would do that and that there were NO additional charges to have it done when I asked at the end. I don't usually leave negative reviews but this was too much as when I called the manager he said they don't touch the dry wall and I should read my invoice. Then how come you can cut the dry wall but you can't seal it? I'm a customer and not in the plumbing or dry wall industry and I took your word that someone would come reseal it at no charge. The technician said the wrong things and then so did the manager. Posting so people are aware that they purposely did this and the manager should train his employees to tell the truth.

Technician came on time and did a great job. Thank you.

asked them to come and help out with a leaking water connection to the washing machine. They called within the 2 hour time frame they gave. very good so far. However once inside the house the technician without touching anything said i needed a complete new connection as he had never seen anything like the connection i had. A 2007 Pulte home so i was a bit surprised he could diagnose this without even looking to see where the leak was coming from and then he said to replace it it would be $247 and that would also mean cutting a hole in the dry wall which he would not repair - so i would need someone to do this and then possibly match the paint up. He said he had never heard of the company called Watts who made the connector so it would need to be a complete overhaul. I thought that was very expensive to stop a leak and alot of work so i looked on line and hey presto I found Watts and ordered a complete replacement part to be delivered the next day. Cost $54 - It was delivered at 9 the next day and within 7 minuted the old one was out and the new one in - job done with one screwdriver and a small wrench. would have been very unhappy if I had gone with the Mr Rooter technician who would have easily eventually left me with a bill for over $300 and then maybe a new paint job. Be very careful what they tell you

This company is terrible and I would advise caution in hiring them. I had some problems with two toilets that were backed up so I called the company and they sent a technician over and he sent a motorized snake down the pipes from the roof vent. After that both were working but not as well as could be expected, one of them was very sluggish when it flushed. The technician fished down through the toilet for approximately six feet and said there was nothing wrong with the pipe (However when we pulled the toilet to replace it we fished the pipe to where it intersected the other toilet And found a blockage approximately fifteen feet in from where the toilet sat) the technician advised me to replace the toilet that was not functioning properly, and so I did, but the very next day both toilets were out of order again. I gave them a call back, and while waiting for their reply my brother came over and the first thing he did was to open the cleanout outside the house (which he said all plumbers should do) and discovered that the septic tank was completely full which was causing all of my problems. When I gave the company a call back and requested that they adjust my bill for improperly diagnosing the issues with my toilets, a spokesperson suggested that I was at fault for not knowing my septic tank was full and that there wasn't anything they could do about it except extend my warranty for another 90 days which is entirely useless to me now that I've discovered the problem and taken care of it.
