Edit: I am changing my review to 5 stars because although I was initially unhappy with this service, and I think Maria should be fired for her complete and utter lack of customer service skills, the owner's response was above and beyond what I expected and I do believe that the service displayed to me by the owner after the fact, is worthy of 5 stars

I am writing this review while in deep distress, both emotionally and financially.
I rely heavily on reviews before I choose to trust a company with my money and I relied heavily on these reviews before calling Orlando Leak Detection to help my family with our leak problem. However, my experience with this company has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare and I deeply regret the day that I ever called them for their services.
As I am sitting here writing this review, my family is without running water going on for about a week now, I am out almost $1,000 and the outside of my home is destroyed due to having my house torn apart to "fix" our leaking pipes. I was in much better shape before I ever heard of this company.
Due to Hurricane Irma, the pipes in our house sprung a huge leak and we had to turn the water off because of how high the water bill would be if we didn't. I read the reviews on here and decided to go with Orlando Leak Detection to fix the leak in our home. They came out and promised that we would have running water by the end of the day. I paid them to detect the leak and they in turn called a plumbing company they partner with to come and fix the leak they marked. I paid that company out of pocket as well and soon after they left we realized that the leak was not fixed at all. We called them back and they claimed that there is nothing they can do and that they fixed the leak that Orlando leak detection showed them and that there was a second leak under the house that was not detected. They suggested we called Orlando Leak back to sort this problem out.
Upon calling them I spoke to a woman named Maria/Mariah who claimed she was the head manager and there was no one in a higher position that I could speak to. She was rude, condescending and incredibly patronizing. When telling her of my distress of having paid them to do their job and it was not done, she yelled at me and continued to say how old our house was and that it's not their fault. When I asked her how is it possible that it isn't her fault that they didn't detect a leak when we paid them to do so, she would not give me an answer. Instead she insisted that we pay an extra fee for them to come out and do the same job we already paid them to do.
We do not have money growing on trees to continue throwing away on this untrustworthy company. And even if we did, we wouldn't give them another dime. They are nothing but crooks and I am supposing that this alleged "excellent customer service" is only being given out to certain people because I have never in my life dealt with such a dishonorable, despicable and criminal business.
I also opened up a dispute with the BBB because there is no way a company this treacherous should be able to go around tricking people with an A rating.
People like me rely on these reviews, and it's not right to hide the truth only so they can continue to scam hard working Americans out of their money.
