The sewer was backing up into our basement. One call and Felipe is here the next morning! Not only did he get the job done, he explained every step along the way. He showed me where he was working, he laid tarps on everything. He wore booties the entire time. He had me stay in the room for the initial run so I could actually witness the blockage being cleared! He not only fixed our issue in the cleanest way possible, but he also educated us on how to keep our pipes clear! He's awesome! I would totally recommend him to anyone that needed a plumber! Cherry on top? 6 month guarantee. Any issues, he'll come back for free! Thanks for saving us!

We had Tim come in yesterday to help root out our kitchen sink and what can I say other than the service was prompt, thorough and I would recommend this service to anyone. Tim was awesome and explained everything up front and then got right to work... In/Out in less than an hour cleaned up thoroughly and made sure all the paperwork and contact information was explained. He also gave us some tip and tricks of what we should and shouldn't be putting down our sink! Highly recommend Tim and this group to service your home.

Had a leak in the pipe for my sump pump, and RotoRooter replied promptly to my request and was out in a very short time. Nail was very helpful as he fixed my problem in less than an hour. He offered me several different options for possible replacements and upgrades. He also helped me fix the valve on my sump pump so that I would not have as much water sitting in the pipes under my house. Great service!

Tim did an excellent job clearing our drain, on a Saturday, and gave us their enzyme product to keep it that way. We very much appreciate his efforts. Thanks Tim

I got completely ripped off. My family and I were in a rough spot with no water going down our drains and basement toilet overflowing. So I call these guys and he comes out and looks down the clean out in the front yard. "It's 565 but I'll give you a discount for a good review." What? You haven't even done anything yet and you want a good review already? All right fine. I need it done. He starts rodding out the drain (which turns out to be all brand new ovc pipe) and finds nothing. He says he'll have to get somebody else out tomorrow with a camera. Then goes in the basement and turns a valve on my main drain pipe and all the water goes down and drains start working. I paid this guy almost 600 dollars to turn a valve. He said he was rodding the pipe, maybe he was pretending I don't know, but I looked at the auger and there was nothing on it. What did I just pay for? Total scam is what I just paid for. Beware. After he left I called more plumbers and looked online some for quotes. Most quotes I got for rodding drains was around $200, and none were over $300. They charged me 565 and didn't even find anything. Always get three quotes from three different reputable companies before starting any work. This company refuses to quote over the phone which is a huge red flag. I got a response from them asking me to email my info and they would contact me about this. I emailed them right away and I hear nothing back. I email them again and they say they tried calling me. Really? I have no missed calls and no voicemails. Liars. They're just hoping I'll go away. I won't until this is resolved to my satisfaction. You ripped me off and I won't stand idle
