I stopped by Ferguson in Downers Grove to pickup additional faucets. Ana Hopkins did awesome and speedy service getting me what I needed. She was very knowledgeable about different brands, funtionality, etc. I also had an order that was way over due from another Ferguson location, where I kept getting promisses that they will call me, which never happened for two weeks. Although my order was from another Ferguson location, but Ana jumped on it and got answers fairly quickly. Got Fedex tracking number and got my parts the next day. That’s what I call Customer Service!

I am a kitchen and bath professional and I love working with Ferguson. They have the largest inventory in the country, including a warehouse nearby for easy and quick access to almost anything. These people know plumbing and know what they are talking about. Admittedly, they are not set up as well as they could be for walk ins, but if you make an appointment ahead of time as is recommended, you will get outstanding service.

"Hello. Welcome to Furguson Kitchen and Bath. We are with customers now, but will be right with you". Nope. None of that. We walked around for 10 minutes and were approached by nobody. We are remodeling 2 bathrooms. $15K just walked out the door. Well done!

Not one employee acknowledged us during our 10 mins there. Horrible customer service!

Worst custumer service! Don't even waist your time coming here. Store employees just drinking coffe, eating cookies and didn't even bather to ask if we need help. We spent 15 minutes walking around, trying to talk to someone, but been totally ignored. Bad attitude!!!!!!!
