I was unsuccessful finding what I needed online until I found the website for Park Supply. I called and spoke to a sales person to make sure I was ordering what I needed as the notice was posted that once the purchase was made there were no returns. The sales person walked me through what options there were and what I needed to do and made sure I had all the information necessary to make a well-informed purchase. I am so thoroughly pleased and happy with the service I received. My item arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what I needed. I will not hesitate to contact Park Supply again for future needs. I highly recommend Park Supply. They go above and beyond to meet their customers needs.

A very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. A nice new location with a large selection of plumbing equipment, including hard to find parts for old plumbing. Highly recommend!

Really depends on who helps you at the desk and how demanding you are to get what you want. Today's visit was annoying only because I was completely certain that I had purchased a part there in the past. The counter person told me it would be impossible because they never sold Price Pfister. I pushed the issue a few more times and explained that I had a building of these and was certain I had bought replacement parts there in the past that he realized that I was looking for the cartridge. It seems he was too focused on not selling Price Pfister that he didn't realize that they actually sold the parts. I'm also still waiting for a call back from our rep about parts for our toilets too... been over a year. So, Park Supply is okay if you need it today and they are willing to sell it or know they have it. Over 20 years of going here and seems that I have more bad experiences than good.

Going to your neighborhood store for plumbing supply is O.K. but if you REALLY need something rare and you want to talk to clerks who REALLY know plumbing - this is the only place I found that REALLY fills the bill.

My faucet is fixed. Could have been a real nightmare but the salesman got me the parts I needed. Thank you so much!
