Under no circumstances would I ever do business with this company. Here is why. I had a hot water heater in a rental malfunction over the weekend (Saturday). The rep was great and someone was out within an hour. They advised that we not put more money into the old heater - though he knew how to fix it...the reason - age. This was appropriate. My next step was to ask them to replace the hot water heater and I asked to them to confirm the cost. The cost was $2300! A 50 gallon at Lowes is $550. The Madras permit is $20. The time it takes to install is 1.5 hours. This is HUGE over pricing. On Monday I went and contracted Lowes in Redmond to do the install - which they did for $1100 permits, mileage and new hot water heater. They had next day install service. It should never cost $2300 to install a hot water heater. The reply that the additional expense covers the 5 years labor / 10 years part is null. Lowes offers that for $60 and that was included in my complete install price of just over $1100. This company - at those prices, should not be in business.
