The tech that came to my house tried to play me with the pricing, likely because I'm a single female. Then after telling them I couldn't afford the highest price quote he came back and said he'd give me the best service for the lower price. To pretend like he was giving me a deal. Then after I spent $350 they didn't clean up after themselves. It was gross and super unprofessional. I don't understand how you can leave a customer's home without cleaning up? I'll be using another plumber moving forward.

Service was excellent. Jason explained everything and gave me a quote. He serviced three toilets. I also had a great phone conversation with the receptionist who called me after the service was completed. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.
