Scot Brown and I met at a networking event called LeTip. I immediately knew he was a trust worthy guy. I had them come out and do service on my town house and the guy who came out as great. Very personable, friendly, clean and timely. He didn't judge me for the "dumb" questions I was asking either. I had an emergency with my boiler at another property and it had stopped working on a Thursday afternoon. I called around 3PM and Scott had someone out Friday morning and got it back running by 9AM. Their service is fantastic and I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

The "Hardest Working Man In Plumbing". I had them put in a water heater in a tight spot. Shopped around and got a couple quotes. They were the best and they did a great job, no complications no worries. They seemed very trustworthy and did a quality job, I will definitely be a return customer.

Jim is quick to respond, professional, and does great work. Shows up to a job with a joke and a smile. A+

James Brown did what Horizon didn't and that is to treat their customers fairly and with exceptional service. We called Horizon who we have a maintenance contract with because of a problem with the furnace. We were told that the furnace was completely shot and needed to be replaced. Before leaving the technician arranged an appointment for the following day with the Horizon furnace sales team.He left me with this bleak news and in a cold house with a young family. Thankfully Scott from James brown was here within an hour and told us that this was not the case and although the furnace would need replacing he could restore the heat and order the damged part in the meantime .. thank you and well done. .. consider me a loyal customer. Shame on you Horizon
