I’ve had a great experience with these guys in spite of my warranty company giving us the run around. They’ve gone above and beyond in my opinion to help us get a new hot water heater as quickly as possible. I’d gladly work with them again. My warranty company made all of this so much harder than it had to be and DFW Hvac helped me get through the ordeal. I’m super grateful. :)

Assigned by One Guard home warranty for an arrival time of 3-7 on a Friday to suit my work schedule. Technician called at 1 to say he had finished his jobs and was on his way. When I said I couldn’t make it earlier he responded that he wasn’t going to wait around until the appointed time. So no show. Rearranged a callout for the following Tuesday. Failed to show with no call until 3 pm the following day when they asked if they could set a date for that Friday! Unprofessional, rude techs, awful customer service. Have pointed One Guard to all these negative reviews.

If I could leave no stars instead of one, that would be more deserved. I had an appointment scheduled with DFW HVAC from 9:30 to 12:00 one morning, the Company was a no show, no call. After several calls from me I finally received a call back at 5:30, which barely rang. When we called back they didn't answer, or return our voicemail. That was nine business days ago, so I'm not hopeful the call is coming for a reschedule, not that I would accept it at this point. Under staffed and unprofessional, don't let them waste your time.

Well the customer service was unprofessional. I had an appointment with a plumber at my house at 4 and its 4:10 and no show. So I called the company and they answered and put me on hold for 12 minutes then hung up. I tried calling back but they wouldn't pick up because they rather ignore customer's calls when its close to closing time. They close at 4:30 . I just wanted some feedback on my service but they don't care one bit I would give it a negative 5 star if I could. DONT RECOMMEND!

Like so many others, if I could give them negative stars, I would. This company called me through my home warranty. I had an appt from 4 to 7 for an AC tune up, a servicethat takes 30 minutes. Technician called me at 12:45 and said he was on his way. I informed him that my appt was from 4 to 7. He said his paperwork said 12 to 4. I told him my confirmation text says 4 to 7. He said he would call the office to see what happened. That's the last I heard. I called the office and him. I text the confirmation number and him. Nothing. When I called his phone again, he forwarded my calls. Their Facebook says they are built on honesty and values. OBVIOUSLY not. The many reviews on Google that say the same thing I dealt with say otherwise. They do not care about their customers AT ALL. When people take off work or leave work early to adhere to appointment times then techs do not show up, it shows a total lack of consideration and disrespect to customers. I have never once had an issue with One Guard home warranty contractors and as soon as they opened this morning, they fixed thisances gave me a different contractor. Do not waste your time dealing with DFW HVAC and Plumbing. There are too many REALLY good (or even mediocre) HVAC companies to go to.
