Best people ever to work with, I called with a question about some plumbing issue I was having and instead of coming out and charging me a fee Dean just diagnosed my problem on the phone and totally fixed it. What other company in this day and age would do that. They want happy customers and I for one will highly recommend using them. they are the best...

Excellent. They send real licensed Plumbers and not a Plumbers tech. If they sent two guys, you got a Plumber and a Plumber tech training to be a plumber. They're honest and upfront about cost's, hourly rate + parts. They'll help you on the phone. They're busy, worth the wait. You won't get ANY of this at roto rooter who'll bid when they asses the job, meaning meet you, see the location and then figure how much they can stick you for... I like Harold's Plumbing, honest, hard working, will do a good job. Have used two times. Third time I called with a ceiling leak in the family room caused by shower stall upstairs overhead. Harold walked me through a real 100% fix on the phone and didn't charge me a thing. NEVER had that kind of customer service before. Just tell them Dave's not here.

They came out to bid on a job, then sent me an email four days later saying they were to busy. Guess they don't need work! Waist of my time!

They sent 2 guys, Dave and Tom, to do a one man job. At $80 per, cost was $80 too much. Job completed okay but................
