The food here was rather good with healthy portions. I ordered a double burger and it was monsters. the fries were also hand battered. The decor left a little to be desired it felt like a diner in the 90s And the tables and chairs felt a bit dated. The prices were fairly reasonable and I will most likely go back again, I was happy with the experience

Went there for Easter Brunch. Definitely a must do again. Grandchild was free. Would like to try the regular restaurant.

If i could give negative stars I would. First time I went there I was told no need for a tee time as a single. As I walked into the pro shop I was told nobody goes out due to 9 holes and dinner (some kind of promotion) along with the high school kids having a tournament. Why couldn't I have been told this when I called earlier? From the phone call I made till the time I arrived was around 20 minutes. What a waste of time! I could have gone somewhere else and been able to play 9 holes. Instead I went back home vowing to never go back. But, i decided to give them another chance. The second time I played the starting ranger was busy eating dinner as i pulled up to the first tee. Not very welcoming. Out on the course, the rangers where way too busy checking cart numbers to make sure play was at a good pace. I got stuck behind a really slow foursome that would not let me play through. On top of that, another two some was waiting on me, followed by another twosome behind them. Where is the ranger when they are actually needed? When I complained to the person in the pro shop, he never even turned off the vacuum sweeper to hear what I had to say. This type of thing is infuriating. I will never go there again. And it's a shame, the course is nice and it is close to my house. Cog Hill is still the best around. I never have any trouble. The rangers do there job and the flow is always on pace.

Lovely building. A bar separate from dining hall, all clean. Food was great.
