Tobie in the office was delightful. Beautiful place

We hosted our son's tehearsal dinner at Hillcrest. Every detail was perfect. From the time guests arrived till the time they departed the food, drinks and atmosphere were perfect. I am quite particular and my expectations were surpassed. We had a harpist playing during cocktail hour and from the appetizers to the dinner, each course was superb! I highly recommend this venue.

Wedding and reception was the worst service that I have ever seen in my 66 years of attending weddings and receptions. More than 100 people waiting for a drink outside between the wedding and the reception. During the reception the bar line was at least 50 feet long. People were looking for a drinking fountain. Service was too slow with inexperienced help. Beer was warm the two times that I got them. I switched to a mixed drink just to get something cold. The calling of tables to go get food was also too slow. Tables were skipped and my sisters table was never told to go get food. Other three tables by the bar said that there was only salads when they got up to eat. People actually left to go eat afterwards. We were told that there was to be two bars and there was only one. We were told there would be enough food for this many and there was not. The General Manager of this place should be fired yesterday. No one was accountable! No one took responsibility for the terrible service.
