My child takes lessons and plays golf here. We enjoy it!

Poor conditions and mediocre customer service. Not worth it.

I played Lynnfield golf course back in the early 90's and it was a horrible experience and I vowed to never return, but then a customer came into my store and told me that they had changed so I decided to try it out (18 year later) and they have made a lot of changes. They still have a few artificial grass tee, but they are also growing tee boxes for next year. Someone said that the fairways are too close and dangerous. I disagree. I've played hundreds of courses all over the world and this course is not dangerous to play. They have some of the best greens I have played. The fairways are a bit hard and the grass is a bit scarce, but this also gives you more run and usually using a pitching wedge for the second shot. They just cleared some trees in back of the 5th green which drives more wind and makes the par 5 play a bit longer and that's a good thing. The 6th hole is a short par 3 138 yards, but with no trees to block the wind, you could be hitting a 4 iron if the pin is on the top layer. All in all I say this is a fun course to play except for the steep $43 fee for 18 and a cart. There are several course in the area that are much better and cost less, but if you're looking for a fun course that plays relatively fast and also boosts your confidence, check it out.

when i went here to play golf i put down my puck and i was about to swing my lucky stick when the manager ran out and attacked me with a plastic hammer. after he could down he got me a cup of joe and told me that their will be a battle on this very place in three years. he asked me to join it and i said i would so he gave me an honorary plastic hammer to remember my promise
