Brett was amazing. I have always been a mid-range golfer (complete with the horrible slice) that had never taken a lesson before. After an hour hooked up to the K-Vest and listening to Brett give tweaks to my form, I was hitting straighter, longer, and most importantly CONSISTENT. I went straight from my lesson to play a round, and everything we worked on translated to the real world. I will be back for more lessons, and would recommend Brett to any skill level golfer that wants to improve their game.

I'd been playing golf for years before I took a series of lessons here. After some work on the basics (stance, grip and form) my swing improved by leaps and bounds. Follow up lessons further improved my game. The device he uses to analyze the swing is very helpful in that it shows where your swing is not so fluid. Highly recommend Brett.

I have taken tons of lessons with a variety of instructors over the years, but Brett is by far the best teacher my wife and I have had. His use of the K-vest is a phenomenal tool to get your swing in the right place, but he does not drown you in all the data it provides. He instead uses it to point out one or two problem areas as well as show you what you are doing well. Brett has a great eye for looking at the golf swing, but what I like best about his teaching is that he does not just sit on the range or in the sim all day. We have played several on course lessons together around the Reno area. This time spent on the course is where we believe we have seen the greatest improvement. He is a great teacher and my wife and I will continue to take lessons from him all over Reno. Thanks, Brett!

I met with Brett when I was in a bad slump in between my high school seasons and he got me from shooting high 80's low 90's to shooting low 70's. He continued to work with me when my financial situation wasn't the best and giving me all of his time. He is a great instructor and has a vast knowledge of the game. I will continue to work with him in college and through my entire life.

Before arriving in Reno earlier this month I searched for golf instructors via the web. I found the Reno Tahoe Golf Academy from Google as their 2nd ranked in the area for golf instructors. I also saw that the academy was inside the South Reno Athletic Club. I have never taken a lesson inside before. I was a little unsure about going into a health club. When I arrived I was blown away by this enormous clean and beautiful facility. The courteous staff sent me over to the facilities indoor golf range where Brett Kuhnsman was finishing up on a lesson. Brett introduced himself and asked me to warm up by hitting golf balls off the finest mats I have ever used. Truly like hitting off grass! Brett spent an 1hr and a half with me using the K-Vest.With this system Brett was able to show me a few problems that I needed to correct. If you are a golfer, posture and balance is everything? The K-Vest system and Brett helped me with a great swing pattern that I guess, I was lacking. I left the facility after hitting more range balls and played 3 rounds of golf during my vacation. What a change in my golf game. I am usually around a 18 handicap. The first day I shot 42/43. I hit the ball so much straighter. Those damn hidden hazards kept me from scoring in the 30's. Brett, I am in Reno every year and I will be back for more lessons. K-Vest is a great teaching element BUT, Your the best! Dana King
