Excellent customer service and knowledge of golf carts...all makes and models.

I bought a cart from them Spring 2015, and they've done a nice job of fixing things both during warranty period and after the warranty expired. Recently, I had them come out to my house to pick up the cart for repairs. Before loading the cart onto his trailer, the mechanic found a simple problem with the battery wiring, and replaced the wire right on the spot. Now the cart works just fine, and they didn't even charge me, even though the warranty has expired. Thank you very much.

We purchased a used, but top drawer custom Club Car cart from them about a year ago. In that year both tail lights and all four batteries have gone bad. They kept saying it was very unusual for these things to happen, but charged us anyway. Also, it has gone out of alignment twice and the mirror will not stop wobbling and is not useable. They have picked it up and delivered it twice with $50 fees both times. Total cost for everything was another $1,100+ even after discounting the labor. Basically, they sold us a cart that needed all new batteries and new tail lights and then charged us to have those items repaired. We feel as if these items should have been covered under a 1 year warranty. We pamper the cart and use it rarely. We are disappointed in the significant additional costs and their unwillingness to stand behind the "fully checked out" cart they sold us.
