Absolutely terrible

Food service absolutely awful. Have never had a more rude employee or worse yet such awful chicken at any KFC and have been to many. Will never ever go to this establishment again.

So was just in and ordered a 14 piece combo with 2 sides of macaroni salad ( they couldnt substitute the sides for gravy which wasn't that much of an inconvenience), after my number was called I picked up my order and left for home, when I realized that they not only gave me they wrong sides ( 1 potatoe salad and 1 macaroni) they gave me a 8 PC combo. Tried calling them to let them know but got no answer even though they were open until 9 Not a good experience as I paid full for 1/3 of the meal.

Went to the KFC and asked to substitute gravy for my salad. The cashier told me they don't do that. I know this is not her fault as a cashier but I asked "why not, every other KFC does?" The manager yelled from his table: "but we don't". Went across the street to Mary Bown's. I was able to substitute my salad for a gravy with no problem. Also you can substitute your fries for delicious taters for free. Needless to say I am not going to Cochrane KFC again. WE LOVE MARY BROWN'S!!

I can't give a rating as I can't seem to show up when there's actually CHICKEN to sell. Seriously...3 times I have gone to purchase chicken and all 3 times I have been told..."we are sorry but we have run out of chicken", or "it will be 45 minutes until the next batch is cooked. Tonite...no chicken...20 minutes till closing time. I stated that you need to organize better, the woman at the cash said "but we close in 20 minutes"...I said " but you are open now and you have no chicken" I will no longer be wasting my time to visit the KFC in Cochrane. Clearly they would rather turn away customers who are leaving money in their tills than have a few pieces of chicken left over at the end of the evening because they "over estimated". Good luck keeping your doors open in an economy like this one, as a business owner, the worst thing is to turn a paying away because you do not know or train your staff to be organized.
