Very nice location, very clean even the washroom. The cakes and blizzards are the best. I was just walking by and stopped in for a classic dipped cone..... So good

DQ is not the same anymore. Their ice cream offerings were rich and creamy and I could leave it out for like 5-10 minutes without worrying about it melting. The other day I had ordered two hot fudge sundaes and both tasted like the end of the day production run or something, very watery and not much fudge on it and the moment I walked out of the store I can see the sundae melting away. Will not go back to the same location again, ever.

Walked in to order take out for 3 people around lunch time on Thursday and was served by team leader Erica. She did not smile, nor greet me, no thank you. Instead I received attitude and eye rolls when I had a few questions about the menu. Its clear she doesn't like her job so why employ her?! She lacks customer service skills and doesn't posses what a team leader should have. She ruined my mood and I don't reccommend this location because of Erica. She killed the vibe- #fireerica
