We went here for friends Bday. I wasn't sure what to expect as it's been ages since I've been here. I was more than pleasantly surprised. I was blown away by how good the food was. (I snuck tastes of all my friends foods). The steak I had was great. Even better than the Kegs. It was awesome. Asparagus was amazing and the mash was too. I will be back and often. Highly recommend. We had a big group and they were very accommodating! I just stole a taste of my friends complimentary birthday cake and it was great too! Well done!

Love this place! Great atmosphere, fabulous food and the service is unparalleled! Last night my wife placed a takeout order shortly before closing time. Joel brought me the order and remembered me from a time I visited about a month ago. Joel has an incredible memory and he knows the menu inside out. He said this location is a test kitchen which is ideal for me because I've probably tried most everything Cactus Club makes and I've never been disappointed. Try it! You'll love it!

We go to Cactus quite often. Usually either Langley or Coquitlam, both of which have phenomenal customer service, regardless of how busy they are. Tonight we decided to go to South Surrey and we were instantly regretful of our decision. Our appetizer came out tasting stale and when they brought it out a second time it tasted as if it was just the same thing brought back out. Beyond the stale appetizer, our food wasn’t up to par, and to top it all off, our spoon with dessert looked like it had mould growing on it. The manager however, did dock off the appetizer, dessert and one drink from our bill, which was nice. Seems like maybe they are under staffed as the waitresses seemed to be busting their butt off and trying their best.

I come to this cactus almost every weekend and the service is always amazing! The servers are all so friendly and helpful and the manager Josh always makes sure our experience is great! Not to mention great food every time.

This cactus club thinks its okay to laugh while standing in front of the customer who is unsatisfied with the service. Our server came up asked me for I.D then throw my I.D on to the table instead of handing it to me, he then disappeared for twenty minutes because he was in a meeting ( at midnight ), and lastly after all my friends had received their meals he told me that mine would show up in two min and told my friends "its okay to start eating without him". When is that alright to say to a customer and also why would you ever tell a customer what to do? after waiting twelve minutes the food had finally arrived we just got up and left because thats ridiculous. The managers that run that cactus club wear these fancy blazers but don't know a single thing about being professional. I would strongly not recommend eating at this cactus club every other one in the world is better than this one. Also cactus club mangers Josh and Andrew you should never laugh at a customer you are creating such a bad look for cactus club. I hope the GM is more professional when we speak with her.
