Wow. So disappointed. We had ordered here before and the food was great EXCEPT, tonight (Nov 12, 2017) we called to place a pickup order. From the beginning I could tell the employee didn't want our business. He told me I was looking at a 15year old menu online for their offerings and when I asked where I could find a current one I was told there wasn't one available. Second, when I asked for a dish that wasn't available and asked for a recommendation I was told "Number 30" which I had to find online myself. Third, when I asked for a meat free noodle dish, more time was added on to my wait. Reluctantly I ended up not placing the order because hey, they didn't want it anyway, right? Tragic.

My favourite chinese/ Asian restaurant . Quinn and her family provide the best service ever!!! They always welcome you with a smile, the food is absolutely delicious, hot, fresh, cooked to perfection. Never greasy. There's an abundance of food per order. I usually pick up my food but have used their delivery service. The food arrives at your door on time and piping hot!!! New Year's Eve you have to place your order early in the week because so many people order from them. If you haven't tried Loon Wah you are missing out on a great meal !!!!

I chose the take out option. The food was very good, with more than adequate portions. The staff very friendly. Very fair pricing. From what I could see of the kitchen, spotless! I will definitely be going back. A tip for first timers .... cash only, no debit!
