I used to go to the one in North, and love there. But this one in South, is a different story. The waiter was nice, just when we needed him, he was not easy to find. When we got the salad, there was no plates in the table, I waited for 5mins still not sign of him. The firecracker shrimp was not spicy at all, and they just bring me big chucks of raw peppers to fix it. Their pastas used to be good, but now not only tasted worse but also less. The pasta they served worth only $10, but they asking for $20. They need better chefs! Not recommended!

Went in tonight with my mom around 6:00PM and ya ...never again. It was busy, but there were seats available. We walked inside, and waited at the front for about 5 minutes and nobody came. About 4 employees walked past us and didn’t even say anything. A family walked in 5 minutes after us and they were helped before us. Like okay thanks a lot east side Mario’s. We ate somewhere else. Never again.

First we were not greeted and had to wait for 2-3 min to get notices. Serve had to take our order twice, guess writing it down would have helped. Asked for refill on sodas while eating salad, didn't get one. Food came, still no refill. The pansorotti was cold in the centre... Not just warm but cold. Called server over she took it back. Several minutes later she came back to ask my wife how her food was, said mine would be out in a few min. It was then I reminded her about the soda refills. By the time my food finally came out MH wife was pretty much finished her dinner. So much for a nice dinner together. This was not our best visit by far. If it had been our first time at East Side Mario's we would not go back.

Owners need to step up - Restaurant is busy and they are neglecting their employees. Wages are not being paid, not enough staff on hand as they are losing employees every week. Not to mention not ordering enough food and supplies. Cara Operations must do something about the new management soon. Its a great restaurant, great location and fantastic staff.

We ate at this restaurant on a Saturday night approx 7:30 pm. The restaurant was so busy! The cooks could not keep up with the orders. We had to wait just over a hour to get our food. The waitress had told us about the back log prior to ordering. They brought us all you could eat salade, and hot rolls from the oven while we were waiting. They had to lock the doors to stop customers from coming in until they were caught up. The best time to go to this restaurant would be around 8 or so. It's not too busy at that time. They are open until 11 pm. The sangria was excellent! All in all it was great food, you do not leave hungry! Desserts are amazing aswell!
