I went through the drive through with a high needs individual who just wanted an apple pie. The wait was agonizingly long for some reason. We ordered the pie at the speaker, paid at the first window, then when the server asked what our order was at the second window we told him. He came back to say the didn't have any pies. Asked if we wanted something else which was not in my clients understanding when she just wanted a pie. We told him we'd take a refund and ended up waiting 5 more minutes for an out to lunch manager to come to the window and ask me what my issue was before finally giving us our change back. This location needs to retrain their employees on how to make things move effectively.

Went to the drive thru at 730 friday may 4th. Finally got to the order window at 755 , ordered two big macs and two large fries. Didn't think it was too complicated an order. We were asked to pull into the #1 waiting spot . 20 minutes later a sweet but embarrassed girl finally came with our order. Fast food? Not at this location. Almost an hour for the most basic order. From now on I will drive the extra 15 minutes to the Ottawa/River Road store. Sadly this is not the first time I have had a long wait at this one. But it will be my last.

I ordered my food at 9:30 it’s now 9:56 and I’m still standing here waiting. It’s not busy whatsoever the workers just don’t know what’s happening. There’s other customers complaining. My order number is not even on the screen anymore as if I was already served. I’ll keep you posted .... It’s now 10:05 I got my food, there was a red head just standing there the whole time. After we waited literally thirty minutes for our food we couldn’t find somewhere to sit where there wasn’t garbage anywhere. Thanks you and have a good night, because we aren’t.

Will NEVER visit this location again! Seriously, you're getting your order delivered at 7 on a Friday night?! This location is always under staffed. I feel sorry for the poor kids working under these conditions. Waited in the drive thru over 20min only to be told to pull ahead into a waiting spot (which were all full, btw) to wait even longer for the rest of our order. This is why we never eat out.

Fast food. The only reason why 4 star is cause they're open when I am hungry. Otherwise there's country boy down the road left!
