Nice place to with friends or family. Good ambience, delicious food and reasonable price. Service was also good. A huge area for parking so no need to worry about parking. When i went it was not that busy. I went with my friends we had a great time.

Terrible service, awful experience. I went to Montana's last night with my girlfriend for dinner and drinks. The restaurant wasn't terribly busy and looked as though it was at half capacity. We were immediately greeted by our server and ordered a couple glasses of water to start while we looked at the drink menu. Our waiter promptly dropped off the waters and didn't return to our table for another 15-20 minutes. We watched as she casually settled bills and made small talk with a couple other tables. By the time our server returned, my girlfriend and I had already started discussing other restaurants to go to for dinner. We reluctantly ordered drinks (a pint of Stella and a Big Momma lemonade). When the server returned with our drinks she asked if we were ready to order. We told her we were on the fence about dinner. The Stella was good but the Big Momma lemonade was noticeably watered down when it arrived. Another 20 minutes passed before the server returned. In that time we saw her walk our aisle with little to no direction and passed us numerous times without checking to see what we had decided. Keep in mind the restaurant was not busy at all. By the time she had returned my girlfriend and I had decided to go elsewhere due to poor service. We settled the bill and walked to the front door. On our way out we passed the manager and felt we should share our bad experience. We informed her what had happened and who our server was. The manager was noticeably surprised and mentioned that our server was one of her better servers and that maybe she was having a bad day. She apologized as we left, but I felt like she downplayed our experience by saying maybe the server was having a bad day. This type of service is unacceptable and we will not be returning.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Front of the house management needs to be changed. The only postive was the food was good. (Chefs did a great job)
